Schedule of Payments Timeline for Refund & Trip Cancellation
At the time of Registration A one-time $100 Registration Fee, which is nonrefundable.
120 days prior to the starting date of your mission trip 50% of the total balance is due.
90 – 120 days prior to the starting date of your mission trip You may ask by writing for and receive a refund, minus the 25% maintenance fee from the total cost of your trip. You receive back 75% of your total trip cost.
60 -89 days prior to the starting date of your mission trip You may ask by writing for and receive a refund, minus the 50% maintenance fee from the total cost of your trip. You receive back 50% of your total trip cost.
60 days prior to the starting date of your mission trip, the remaining 50% of the total balance is due.
30-59 days prior to the starting date of your mission trip You may ask by writing for and receive a refund, minus the 75% maintenance fee from the total cost of your trip. You receive back 25% of your total trip cost.
1-30 days prior to the starting date of your mission trip There is no refund available. All proceeds have already been used to prepare for this mission trip.

THE COST OF YOUR TRIP for 2016, will range from $1,599 to $1,899, depending on the trip that you choose. Here is what you will receive with your trip:

  • TRIP FILLED WITH WIDE RANGE OF MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES & EXPERIENCES
  • PROFESSIONAL & EXPERIENCED STAFF OF TRANSLATORS & ORGANIZERS
  • MISSIONARY HOUSING
  • GROUND TRANSPORTATION IN KHARKOV REGION (Buses, Cars & Trains)
  • THREE MEALS PER DAY IN APARTMENT, ORPHANAGES, RESTURANTS & CAFES
  • PROJECT COSTS
  • FINANCIAL DONATION TO A UKRAINIAN MINISTRY UPON YOUR DEPARTURE

Disclosure: It is each teams responsibility to purchase their own airfare to Kharkov, Ukraine. Additional costs may apply for unforeseen emergencies outside of SCM’s control, such as, flight cancellations, etc.
